We inspire, motivate, and prepare students to become compassionate, effective, ethical leaders.
We are growing the future, one leader at a time.
From participating in environmental clean-up initiatives to managing leadership conferences for younger students, our dedicated volunteers are leaving a positive imprint on the communities around them.

The Youth Board is composed of 150 high-school volunteers collaborating to enhance our community. We welcome 50 new members each fall and work to unite students across the Augusta area.
