At Heritage Academy, we are taking a small team of 8 YB members to meet with 3rd-grade students and teach them the skills that they need to become effective leaders. Our volunteers are eager to share the tools and experiences that they have accumulated over the years. Our topics include a variety of skills including problem-solving, communication, confidence, and the grit to keep going. Together, we are empowering the younger generations in Augusta to take a more active role in their school and local community.
