4th and 5th Grade ELDC at Episcopal Day School
LDC’s are fun and interactive workshop for students who want to learn leadership skills in a positive and inclusive environment. Students participate in activities designed to help them feel more confident, inspired, and equipped with some tips and hacks to help them be more successful.
Activities are planned and led by The Youth Board's outstanding high school students. The students are overseen by our adult leaders who have many years experience working with the area's best and brightest young people.
Topics for the 2022-23 school year include Mutual Respect, Integrity, Confidence, Honesty, and Team Building skills essential for the transition to middle school and beyond! Together, we are empowering younger students to take a more active role in their schools and local communities.
